Our services help businesses automate and manage customer conversations across multiple channels.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Create an account with accurate and complete information
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into agreements
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your account information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Payments
Our services are offered under various subscription plans:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice
- WhatsApp conversation charges are passed through at 0% markup on applicable plans
- Payment failures may result in service suspension
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messaging without consent
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our services for illegal activities
6. Meta Platform Compliance
All services are subject to Meta’s policies, terms, and conditions. WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram are products of Meta, and Inboxyy provides solutions in compliance with Meta’s Business and Commerce Policies. You must comply with all applicable Meta platform policies when using our services. Violation of Meta’s policies may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Inboxyy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written consent.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents from your customers before collecting or processing their data through our platform.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inboxyy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inboxyy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
